🔁 Optional Replacements

  • Xephyrus, Wand of the Flowing Winds — Use this in off if you want max out heal amount, other wise the set up takes
  • Hammer of the Timeweaver — Use this in off if you want max out heal amount, and have a fun BL weapon
  • Focus Crystal — This is a great item to replace both your Main and Secondary instead of the epics because of the boost to Healing Amount
  • Nightcaller Leggings — This was a suggested item for Seru Fight to wear. Add in a healing aug. The idea is that it reduces the time on heals. Restoration+ Vigor are both symp 6 compatible.. 2.3+2.3 is 2 heals landing every 4.6s, If you're relying on SHa's only, that's 1 heal every 4.3s without the extra haste, If you're cycling Sha's and vigor, without haste, it's 2 heals every 5.6s

🩸 Bloodlust Weapons

Use Weapon Effect Note
Primary Only Staff of the Silent Star 400DD Great choice, fast and a -300 fire resist proc, its pretty reliable for dmg output.
Primary Only Skull Shaped Wand 808DD So far the tests are mixed. -10 cold resists proc. This will be resistsed alot by many Kunark/velious mobs, Luclin you shoudl be good. In tests the spell landed about 45% of the time. So its a tough call to spend the time / money to get one.
Primary / Secondary Fangs of Vyzh`dra 150DD Good off hand choice, fast -300 fire resist proc. its a solid offhand choice for BL
Primary /Secondary Gharn's Rock of Smashing 80 HP - LT Unresistable proc, so its a pretty solid choice, and pretty common. It wont do the most dmg, but its going ot keep you alive. Also you can DW these if you are really concerned.

🧠 Tribute

The workbook notes that only 5 Active Benefits can be used, so choose based on the encounter.

Pet Weapon Swap
Pet Weapon swap items. These items you equip on your pet to get the proc effect. Then swap back to the main weapons after they proc and the pet gets the buff
